Create Inventory Management Information

By default, inventory control is not enabled. If it is not necessary for this product, simply select Next. The eCommerce Stores page displays.

If you have a finite amount of units of this product and want the system to keep track of the number of product units available, you can enable this inventory feature to decrement the available number each time a unit if purchased.

If the product has multiple option choices, you can track each choice individually by entering them in the configuration table. You can enter a stock keeping unit (SKU) number for the product or each choice option. You can use SKUs that match identifiers in another source, such as external fulfillment spreadsheet, or create your own.

To have certain store administrators notified when the number of available units gets low or there are no longer any in stock, you can set this number as the inventory threshold and enable the inventory notifications option.

Note: The email addresses of the store administrators are defined at the eCommerce store level.
