Create the Short Description, Image, and Search Keywords for the Catalog Page

The short description is the phrase (or sentence) that displays for this product on the catalog page. By default, the link under this short description can display the Full Description narrative about the product and its options.

You can also display a graphical image (like a photo or drawing) of your product with this short description. You can select an image that has already been uploaded to your Image Library or upload a file containing the image here. The image must be in valid graphics file of the type listed on the page. A jpg image will be resized to fit in a 150-pixel square area by default while it is a good idea to manually resize larger images from other files (such as gif, tiff, or png files) before uploading them to avoid having only part of image displayed. Note that you can insert a larger image (or a link to it) in the Full Description for shoppers.

You can also enter keywords and phrases not contained in the short description that shoppers can use to locate this product. Sometimes an alternate spelling, nick or shortened name, or synonym may help shoppers find this product.
