Change the Shopper Security Category and Page Wrapper

If you have created a specialty store, such as Members Only or Special Administrator Purchases Only, you can change the security category of the shoppers to limit access to the store to the appropriate category. You can also change the page wrapper that is associated with the store.

To change the shopper security category or page wrapper

  1. On the Store List page, click Edit from the Actions column of the store. The Store Administration page displays.

    Note: If you are not on the Store List page, from the navigation bar, click Fundraising and then click eCommerce from the drop-down list displayed. From the Products List page that displays, click the Stores tab.

  2. Click Next. The Store Availability page displays.

  3. To change the group of shoppers who can view and purchase items from your store, click the appropriate option from the Security Category drop-down list.

  4. To change the Page Wrapper that displays for the store:

    • Click Use the default Page Wrapper if it is the one you want to use.

      Note: (1) If no default wrapper exists for the user security category, the store will use the default for the General Security category. If no default exists for the General category, then the store will use the site default wrapper.



      (2) If the default wrapper is changed, this store will inherit the changed wrapper as well if this option is selected.

    • Or, click Override the default Page Wrapper if it is not selected and click the appropriate Page Wrapper from the drop-down list that displays.

      Note: (1) Only the active page wrappers in the same user Security Category as your store as well as the active wrappers in the General Security Category. will display in the list.



      (2) If the default page wrapper is changed, this store will not inherit those changes by default. However, if the wrapper you select is later unpublished for any reason, the store will then use the default wrapper of the user Security Category.

  1. Click Save. The Store successfully saved message displays.
