Create Premiums

You can offer premiums (free gifts) to supporters when the total transaction reaches a certain level. Use a unique product as a premium instead of a product that is available for purchase.

Tip: Before you can select a product to be a premium, you must first define the product. See Create Store Products.

To create premiums for the store

Note: If you are not on the Configure Premiums page, go to Fundraising, eCommerce, then in the Create a Store workflow, select Premium in the left-side steps.

1. Select Create new premium with purchase.

2. For the Product to offer as a premium, choose a product from the drop-down list.

3. For Minimum purchase level, enter the monetary amount (that is, the amount required when all prices of the products in a shopper’s cart are added together) that will trigger the premium offering.

4. For Include shipping cost:

   • Leave the Yes, this premium includes free standard shipping checkbox unselected to charge shipping fees for this premium.

   • Or, click the checkbox to show the shipping charge for this item as Free (on the billing page).

5. Click Finish.

6. Repeat the steps above to add more premiums.

7. Click Next. The Discounts page displays.
