Add and Change the Multiple Address Option and Shipping Charges

You can add or remove the ability for shoppers to ship to multiple addresses. By default, the Offer Multiple Shipping Addresses option is enabled.

You can also change the shipping charges associated with shipping to multiple addresses.

To work with multiple address options

  1. On the Store List page, select Edit from the Actions column of the store. The Store Administration page displays.

    Note: If you are not on the Store List page, from the navigation bar, select Fundraising and then select eCommerce from the drop-down list displayed. From the Products List page that displays, select the Stores tab.

  1. To work with the Offer Multiple Shipping Addresses feature:

    1. Select Presentation Options from the side navigation. The Presentation Options page displays.

    2. For Offer multiple shipping addresses, if the checkbox:

      • Does not contain a checkmark, the feature is not enabled. To turn the feature on, select the checkbox and then select Save. The Store successfully saved message displays

      • Contains a checkmark, the feature is enabled. To turn the feature off (so shoppers may ship to only one address), select the checkbox to remove the checkmark and then select Save. The Store successfully saved message displays.

  2. If multiple billing is enabled for your store, to add an extra amount for shipping iems to each address in a multiple address order, enter the new amount in the Standard Shipping Charge per Additional Address field.

  3. Select Save. The Store successfully saved message displays.
