Correcting File Upload Errors
When the upload process is finished, either Complete, Finished with Errors, or Error will display in the Status column.
Complete - The upload was successful and you can:
Click Download Successes to open the CSV file and view the content.
Click Delete to remove the record of the Upload Products file from the table.
Note: Your products will not be affected by deleting the file. The products will display in the Products List table in the Products page.
Click the Review link for basic information about the upload.
Finished with Errors - One or more data values in the upload CSV file is incorrectly formatted an you can:
Click Download Errors to open the CSV file and view the content. The errors are listed in the last column. After you correct the errors, delete the file in Luminate Online and upload the file again.
Click Delete to remove the record of the Upload Products file from the table.
Click Review to see details of the upload such as the name and the time and date of upload.
Error - The upload failed because incorrect formatting in the headers or data corrupted the upload file. You can:
Click Delete to remove the record of the Upload Products file from the table. Repair the CSV file and repeat the upload.
