Manage Transactions

Locate transactions in Fundraising, Transactions so you can review or take action.

Some of these actions include:

  • Access, Generate or Regenerate Receipts - Access a PDF receipt for all transaction types. Depending on your browser, you can print or save the receipt, attach the receipt to an email and send it to the constituent, or other actions.

  • Refund- If the transaction involves a credit card payment, processed either online or offline, you can process a refund to the credit card account. Donors who have received a refund are removed from donation form and donation level groups unless they have other donations to the same form and level. Reward points are not adjusted

  • Delete or Edit- If the transaction was only recorded offline in the Constituent Profile (not processed), then you can edit or delete the transaction.

  • Change Donor - Change the donor who is associated with the donation

  • Remove or Change Soft Credit - Update or remove soft credits.

All actions that are available using Transactions are also available from the Transactions tab on a Constituent or Organization profile.
