Hide Email Opt In

On the Champion Information page, fund champions can choose to opt in to or out of email. You can hide the email opt-in checkbox and its label.

To hide the email opt-in component

1. From the Personal Fundraising Campaigns list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the campaign. The Edit Campaign Details page displays.

2. Click Define Champion Information from the side navigation. The Champion Postal Mail, Phone Number Information and Email Opt-In page displays.

3. Click radio button labeled No, do not display the email opt-in checkbox. Opt-in constituents automatically.

4. Click Save. The Email Opt-in component will not display on the Champion Information page. The user will automatically be opted in to email.

You can continue to make changes on this page or within the campaign (refer to the list of configuration topics). To navigate away from this page, click the Campaigns tab or another item on the navigation bar.
