Link to a Personal Fundraising Campaign

You can insert a link to the Greeting page of a Personal Fundraising Campaign in the WYSIWYG Editor of a PageBuilder page, email message, etc.

You can choose to replace the current content in the browser window with the Greeting page or open it in a separate browser window. When site visitors click the link, the Greeting page will display along with the "Find a Fund" or "Create a Fund" links.

If a constituent logs into the page containing the link and has already created a fund, the Champion Center or Champion Dashboard (if the champion has multiple funds) will also display.

To insert a link to a Personal Fundraising Campaign

  1. In an open WYSIWYG Editor window, create your link text and highlight it.

  2. From the Links drop-down list, click Personal Fundraising Campaign.

  3. From the list of campaigns in the pop-up, choose how to display the Greeting page of the campaign:

    • In the current browser window: Click Insert from the Actions column of the campaign. The link will display in the WYSIWYG window.

    • In a separate browser window: Click Options from the Actions column of the campaign. The Additional Link Options page will display in the pop-up. Check the Open link in new window checkbox. In the Link Title field, add the text to display when the mouse hovers over the link. Click Insert Link. The pop-up will close, and the link will display in the WYSIWYG window.

  4. Click Apply to save your link.

  5. Follow the standard procedures of your organization to publish the page or schedule the email for delivery.
