Edit an Existing Contribution
The Contribution page lists the existing contributions. Click Edit in the Actions column next to an existing contribution to change the text content and link information in it (and a picture if you are editing a News Story contribution).
In each of the contribution types, you can change the link Text and URL. If the contribution is for:

An event, you can edit the event name, date, location and description, which can contain up to 500 characters.

A news story, you can edit the title, author byline, date and content, which can contain up to 500 characters. You can also change the picture or insert one by uploading a file in the jpg graphics format from your local computer or a shared network resource or from the Image Library. The system automatically resizes pictures larger than 150 x 150 pixels to fit in the designated 150 x 150 pixel area.

A teaser introduction to a news story or another part of the site, you can edit the description blurb, which can contain up to 280 characters.
If the contribution requires approval, Submit appears in the Actions column. If the contribution does not require approval, Publish or Unpublish appears in the Actions column.
