To create a collection
Define who can edit, contribute content to, and view a collection of contributed content on a web page or in an email message. You typically do this once for each collection.

Click Library and then Contributed Content.

On the Contributed Content page, click Collections.

On the Collections page, click Create Collection.
- On the Name and Description page:
Type a name for this collection: Use a unique label to identify this collection on the lists and menus that other administrators and your content contributors see. This name is case sensitive. Tip: Establish a naming convention to prevent confusion if your organization has several administrators who work with collections and contributions.
Select a security category for this collection: Select the administrator or user group who can edit or delete this collection.

Click Next.
- On the Qualifier page, select who should receive content from this collection:
Country is: Select a country. Content contributed by members in this collection appears only to residents of the selected country.
State is: Select a state. Content contributed by members in this collection appears only to residents of the selected state.
Affiliate is: Select an affiliate. Content contributed by members in this collection appears only to the selected affiliate.
Security Category is the same as the Collection: Content contributed by members in this collection appears only to members of groups who can access the content objects.
Group is: Click Select a Group. On the Select Qualifying Group page, select a Group Type and subgroups and then click Save. Content contributed by members in this collection appears only to members in the selected group.
All constituents: Content contributed by members in this collection appears to all constituents.

Click Next.

On the Contributors page, define who can contribute content to this collection. Type a name or email address in the Constituent Search boxes and click Search. In the Search Results section, click Add As Contributor in the Actions column to add an existing constituent to the collection group with contributor privileges.

When you finish searching for and adding contributors, click Finish.
Note: Your collection contributors must use their Username and Password to log in when they try to access the Contribution pages.
