Enable Receipt Management

  1. Go to Setup and Product Configuration.

  2. Under Product Configuration List, select Receipt Management and Save.

  3. Go to Setup and Site Options.

  4. Set Select a Site Options Group to view to All, and Go.

  5. Set PAYMENT_SUSTAINING_RECEIPTS_ENABLED to TRUE.

  6. Save your settings.
