Understanding Email Stationery and Centers

Email Stationery can be designated for use in only a single Center by placing it in that center’s Security Category. Conversely, Stationery can be made available for use in every Center by either of the following methods:

  • Email Stationery placed in the "General" Security Category will be available for use in all individual centers; further, these stationeries will be editable, publishable, and able to be copied by individual Center administrators.

  • Email Stationery in the "No Security (Any administrator can use this layout)" category will also be available for use in all individual centers; however, these stationeries will not be editable, publishable, or able to be copied by individual Center administrators.

Note: Stationery created from within the context of a Center will automatically be placed in that Center’s Security Category.
