Understanding Email Stationery and Centers
Email Stationery can be designated for use in only a single Center by placing it in that center’s Security Category. Conversely, Stationery can be made available for use in every Center by either of the following methods:
Email Stationery placed in the "General" Security Category will be available for use in all individual centers; further, these stationeries will be editable, publishable, and able to be copied by individual Center administrators.
Email Stationery in the "No Security (Any administrator can use this layout)" category will also be available for use in all individual centers; however, these stationeries will not be editable, publishable, or able to be copied by individual Center administrators.
Note: Stationery created from within the context of a Center will automatically be placed in that Center’s Security Category.
