Understanding URL Shortcuts and Centers

Using the URL Shortcut Management permission type, you can assign your Center administrators either of the following URL Shortcut roles:

• Manage URL Shortcuts -- allows administrators to create, edit, and delete URL shortcuts within the center for which the role is granted*

• View URL Shortcuts -- allows administrators to view the list of URL shortcuts within the center for which the role is granted

Note: Center Admins can only create shortcuts to Luminate Online objects for which they have permissions. For example, a Center Admin must also have permissions for Donation Management in order to create a URL shortcut to a donation form.
