Alert Delivery Report

The Alert Delivery Report provides delivery statistics by recipient for a specific alert.

Use this report to understand what portion of email messages, web form communications, or faxes are reaching each recipient.

Use the Alert Delivery report to view:

• Number of initial successes and failures for each delivery type for each recipient

• Number of rollover actions attempted for each delivery type for each recipient and the success or failure of those rollover attempts

• The total number of email/web form and fax messages that were or were not successfully delivered to each recipient

• Retry links to resend failed deliveries

• Global Target Failure Rate for the percentage of failed communications to the targeted recipient, including this alert and all messages to the recipient within the last 7 days from when this report was run
