The Autoresponders report shows details for sent autoresponder emails.

Note: To use this feature, contact Blackbaud Support to enable the AUTORESPONDER_ENABLE_TRACKING Site Option.

Autoresponders are emails that automatically send as a response to a constituent action, such as a donation or registration. Review these emails in the Autoresponders report to monitor email correspondence with your supporters.

In Report Writer, this report includes options to return specific autoresponder data, including email subject, the number of autoresponders sent, feature associated (such as TeamRaiser), bounce status, and whether the recipients took action. Select the data you want to see when you configure the report.

Autoresponder data in this report starts from the time this feature is enabled. Past autoresponder logs are not included.

To run this report, go to Data Management > Reports > Reports Writer > Email. Next, select Autoresponders and complete the report options as described in To run the Autoresponders report.

Tip: You can also use the Autoresponders Report in Reports Classic, or see autoresponder logs in a constituent record, including the email subject, date and time of the send, bounce status, and whether the recipient took action.
