Donation History Report

The Donation History Report provides information about the individual pledges or donations that were made to one or more Donation Forms. The most recent contributions are listed first. Each record includes the donor name, amount, date, and process type. Additional fields include the donation level, joint donor name, contribution type, and first time online donor status.

When viewing the report online, the Donor Name is clickable, enabling you to run an individual Donor History report for any donor listed.

Use the Donation History Report to show:

• Individual donations and/or pledges made to one or more selected donation forms, including details about each donation.
• Total Record Count and Total Contribution Amount associated with one or more donation forms.
• Anonymous Donor status or Joint Donor Names associated with any donation.
