The Donation History Report provides information about the individual pledges or donations that were made to one or more Donation Forms. The most recent contributions are listed first. Each record includes the Donor Name, Amount, Date, Process Type, First Time Online Donor status, Contribution Type, Anonymous Donor status, Joint Donor Name (where applicable), and Donation Level.
When viewing the report online, the Donor Name is clickable, enabling you to run an individual Donor History report for any donor listed.

| Anonymous Donor | Yes or No indicates whether this was an anonymous gift. |
| Joint Donor Name | Provides the name of the Joint Donor if applicable |
| Donation Level | Provides the name of the giving level associated with the gift; may indicate "None" if the gift was an offline-entered TeamRaiser gift |
