Donor History Report

The Donor History Report provides transactional information about one or more donors across all Donation Forms. The report includes a detailed entry for each time a specified individual has contributed to your organization.

Use the Donor History Report to show:

• Transactional history for one individual across all donation forms. The report will list each transaction made by that individual including details of each transaction. It will also provide the total number of transactions and the total amount contributed by that individual.

• Transactional history for a group of individuals across all donation forms. The report will include details of each transaction by each individual in the group. This could be a report on a named group that you select (such as High Donors) or a group consisting of all donors whose last name begins with the letter "N."

• Transactional history for all users across all donation forms. The report will include details of each transaction by each individual who has contributed to your organization. This could be a very long report!
