To run the eCommerce Order Details Report

  1. From the navigation bar, click Fundraising and then click eCommerce from the drop-down list. The Products List page opens.

  2. Click the eCommerce Reports tab. The eCommerce Report List page opens.

  3. From the Create a New Report drop-down list, click the eCommerce Order Details Report and click the Go button. The Select Stores page opens.

  4. In the All Selections list box, click the store for which you want the report and then click the Add button. The store moves into the Your Selections list box.

Tip: To select several stores from the list, press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while you click each store name and then click the Add button. To select all stores, click the Add All button.

  1. Click the Next button. The Select Date Range page opens.

  2. For Select the date range for your report:

    • Leave the default Predefined Date Range radio button selected with the All Dates option showing.

    • Or, click the drop-down menu and select an appropriate option

    • Or, click the Custom Date Range button and select the appropriate dates from the Month, Day, and Year drop-down lists.

  3. Optionally, enter a label for this report to distinguish it from other Order Details reports in the Report Results list.

  4. Click the Submit Report button. The eCommerce Reports List displays with Queued as the Status of the report.

  5. Click the Refresh this page link and wait until the system changes the Status to Completed. (You may need to click this more than one time.)

  6. When the Status changes to Completed, click:

    • View to display the report on your computer.

    • Print to display the report in a printer-friendly format.

    • Download to save the report to a file that you can download to your local computer or shared network resource. Note that extra columns may display in the downloaded version of this report (for example, the responses to Media Codes are listed if the View Cart and Checkout pages have been customized to enable and include Media Codes.

    • Delete to remove the report from the Report List if you no longer need it.
