To run the Email Campaign Hard Bounce report:

1. Click Email > Email Campaigns.

2. Click the Campaigns tab.

3. Click Manage in the Actions column for the appropriate campaign.

4. Click the Reports tab.

5. Select the Hard Bounce Report from the Create a new report list and click Go.

6. Select the groups to compare and click Next.

7. Click Report in the Actions column.

8. Enter a name for the report and click Submit the Report.

9. Click Refresh this page and wait until the system changes the Status to Completed.

10. Click View in the Action column.

    The report results display.
