Reports Classic Event Reports

The Events reports provide statistics about the events listed on your calendar, including information about ticket and registrations sales and RSVP sign-ups as well as attendee guest lists and responses to additional questions you have added to event registrations.

You can create:

  • Custom reports where you can select your columns and apply filters from the Reports Writer area of Data Management, including an:

    • Event Summary to view information about selected events, including the date of the event and other attributes assigned when it was created as well as revenue and attendee totals

    • RSVP Event Details to view information about selected events that require an RSVP, including the event dates, other attributes assigned when the events were created, and the number of RSVPs remaining as well as the number of people signed up to attend each event, sign-up deadline dates, and the event locations

    • Ticket Class Details to view information about the selected events that require ticket purchases or registration fee, including event dates, other attributes assigned when the events were created, and the types of tickets created as well the number of people who have purchased the tickets or registered, revenue statistics, and the event locations

    • Event Attendees to view information about the people who signed up, registered, or purchased tickets for selected events, including the names and email addresses of each person, event details and attributes, and information about the RSVP, ticket purchase, or registration fees paid as well as event location, ticket class, valued transaction (for ticket purchases and registration fees), and biographical information from the contact record of each attendee

  • Reports with predefined columns of information from the Reports classic area of Data Management, including an:

    • Event List Report to view summary information about all available events, such as their dates, attendee totals, and so on

    • RSVP Event Status Report to view information about events that require RSVPs, including the number of RSVPs in inventory, the number of people who sent RSVPs, and so on

    • Ticketed Event Status Report to view information about the ticket purchases and registrations for an event, including revenue and purchase information

    • Transaction Report to view confirmation codes and contact information for financial transactions, such as ticket sales

  • Reports generated within the event itself, including:

    • Event Questions Report to view the responses to questions included on the sign-up, ticket purchase, or registration page for an RSVP, Ticket, or Multi-Part event. This report displays onscreen from within an event requiring an RSVP, registration, or ticket purchase. Note that you must use the Manage action to display the Reports tab where you can access this report.

    • Event Guest List Report to view the names and contact information about event participants and ticket purchasers. You must use the Manage action to display the Reports tab where you can access this report.

Note: The Custom Reports and Classic Reports (except for the Transaction Report) contain much of the same information, but you can add or delete columns of information in the Custom Reports to make them unique to your needs.
