Run the Interaction Analysis Report

  1. Click Data Management > Reports. The Reports Classic tab displays.

  2. Click the plus (+) sign next to the Contact Reports folder.

  3. Click Interaction Analysis Report. The Configure Options page displays.

  4. From the Analysis Dimension menu, select one of the following:

    • Analyze by Country, State, City and Zip

    • Analyze by Donor Status

    • Analyze by Advocacy Status

  5. From the Initial Chart Type menu, select one of the following:

    • Pie Chart

    • Bar Chart

  6. From the Number of Categories to Show menu, select the number of categories to report on.

  7. From the Initial Metric to Chart menu, select one of the following:

    • Donations

    • eCommerce Purchases

    • TeamRaiser Registrations

    • Ticket Purchases

  8. Select a predefined range or enter a custom range in the Between these dates fields.

  9. Click Submit Report. The report displays.
