Donation Reports in the Donation Module

These Donation reports are available under Fundraising > Donation Management > Donation Reports tab, and are available for both Online Giving and Donations Classic.

Note: Organization gift data is not included in these report results. Use Report Writer reports to include organization gift data.

On the Donation Reports tab, select the report to run and then work through a series of filters to narrow your results.

The same filters are available for all the donation reports except the Donations by Email Message report, which includes two extra filters for email campaigns and email messages.

Note: These reports contain donation transactions only. Transactions for tickets to Calendar events, registration fees for TeamRaiser events, or setup fees for Tribute Funds are not included. The reports also do not include additional gifts made at the time of TeamRaiser registrations or Tribute Fund creation.

  • Donations by Payment Method - Provides a view of donations grouped by their associated payment method; displays one row per payment method and includes summary statistics for each

  • Donations by Donor - Displays one row per donor; includes donor contact information as well as summary statistics regarding their donation transactions

  • Donations by Transaction - Displays one row per transaction and includes data about the transaction itself as well as the donor and the intended fundraising campaign; provides the most granular view of donations within the system

  • Donations by Gift - For one-time gifts, displays one row per transaction; for sustaining or installment gifts, displays one row for the entire gift; includes data about the gift itself, as well as the donor and the intended fundraising campaign; also includes details about any recurring payments

  • Donations by Campaign - Displays one row per donation campaign; includes data about the donation campaign as well as summary statistics regarding the donation transactions made to the campaign

  • Donations by Form - Displays one row per donation form; includes data about the donation form as well as summary statistics regarding the donation transactions made to the form

  • Donations by Group - Displays one row per group; includes data about the group as well as summary statistics regarding the donation transactions made by members of the group

  • Donations by Source Code - Displays one row per Source Type Source Code combination; includes data about the source as well as summary statistics regarding the donation transactions made via this source

  • Donations by Email Message - Displays one row per email message; includes data about the email message as well as summary statistics regarding the donation transactions made to the message

  • Donations by Designee - Displays the transaction results for each designee by row; provides the designee name, total transactions for each designee by number and dollar amount, dollar average of transactions, and recurring transactions by number and amount, when applicable

  • Donations by Designation Type - Displays the transaction results for each designation type by row; includes the total transactions for each designation type by number and dollar amount, dollar average of transactions, and recurring transactions by number and amount, when applicable

  • Donations by Designated Gift - Arranged alphabetically by donor last name, this report provides donor contact information, campaign and form information, details about the actual gift, sustaining gift information, if applicable, and details about the gift designee

  • Donations by Membership Type - Arranged alphabetically by membership type, this report allows you to determine the number of active and inactive members in each type, as well as assess the status of your constituents relative to their membership expiration
