Donations by Form Report

Monitor and compare success across forms and campaigns using the Donations by Form report.

Review the success of your form in total funds, number of transactions, and percent of campaign transactions, among other results. You can compare transactions coming from standard verses API form transactions.

To meet new PCI standards:

  • Monitor gift dates and form status to identify forms that are transacting. Update these forms to use the new payment checkout.

  • View the Checkout Ready column to determine whether the campaign and form are updated to use a checkout merchant account.

  • Use the Checkout Element column to determine whether a checkout data element is on the form.

    If a form is transacting, there must be a Checkout Element of either MODAL or EMBEDDED as well as a result of YES in the Checkout Ready column.

Note: Total Transactions, Transaction Amount, and Checkout columns include data from August 2024 onward. Checkout Element and Checkout Ready columns include modified or new forms from the 24.4 release onward.

To run this report

  1. Go to Fundraising, Donation Management.

  2. Select the Donation Reports tab.

  3. From the drop-down, select Donations by Form and select Go.

  4. For Security Categories, either choose All security categories to include all donation forms and campaigns, or select specific security categories to filter the inclusion of forms and campaigns to those within that security category. Select Next.

  5. Choose filtering options to limit results.

  6. Review the Configuration Summary, optionally label your report, then select Submit Report.

  7. While running, the report will be in a Queued status. Select Refresh Report List at the top of the page to update the page. When complete, you can select View, Print, Download, or Delete.
