View the Results of the Donations By Gift Report
The Donations By Gift Report provides the Donor Name, Contact information, Gift Details, Campaign/Form associated with the gift, and any recurring payment details when applicable.
Gifts will be listed in alphabetical order by donor name (Last name, First name). In addition to the fields listed below, the Total Record Count also displays.

| Name | The name on the credit card used to make the online transaction or the name entered by the administrator when recording or processing the transaction offline |

| Phone Number | The phone number supplied by the donor |

| Campaign Name | Name of the Donation Campaign |
| Form Name | Name of the Donation Form, if applicable |
| Level Name | Name of the Donation Level, if applicable |
| Gift Information | |
| Total Gift Amount | The total amount of money raised by this gift to date. |
| Initial Gift Date | Date the Gift was initiated |
| Gift Type | Donation, Sustaining |
| Payment Plan | One-time, Sustaining, Installment |
| Payment Method | Cash, Check, ACH, or Type of Credit Card |
| Sustaining Information | |
| Total Projected Amount (If Sustaining) | If time limited, the total committed amount to be raised from the gift. If unlimited, the total committed amount per year. |
| Amount Per Period | Amount of each Payment |
| Frequency (If Sustaining) | Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Annually |
| Number Of Completed Payments (If Sustaining) | Number of completed payments for Sustaining Gift Types. |
| Last Payment Date (If Sustaining) | The date of the most recent transaction. |
| End Date (If Sustaining) | If known, the date of the final transaction. |
| Matching Information | |
| Employer Name | The name of the employer who will match the gift |
| Match Amount | The amount of the donation that the employer will match |
| Supplied by HEP | YES or NO. If the company search returns a result from HEP and the donor accepts that data for their matching gift, the match is considered as supplied by HEP (YES); if the company search does not return a match, the donor may still enter data for the matching gift. In this latter case (or if you are not using HEP), the report will display "NO". |
