Premium Report

The primary purpose of the Premium Report is to allow you to fulfill requests for premiums associated with your donation forms. The report contains the donor name and address, the premium requested, and any options (such as color or size) that the donor has requested. It also provides additional shipping names and addresses if donors have specified that their premiums be shipped to multiple addresses.

Running this report on a periodic basis will allow you to see all new requests for premiums and fill them promptly.

Use the Premium Report to show:

• A list of all premiums that your constituents have requested for one or more donation forms. For each request, the report contains the donor name and address, the premium(s) requested, and any options (such as color or size) that the donor has requested. It also provides multiple shipping names and addresses if the donor has specified them.
• A list of all constituents who have requested a specific premium. Again, for each request, the report contains the donor name and address, the premium requested, and any options (such as color or size) that the donor has requested. It also provides multiple shipping names and addresses if the donor has specified them.
