To run the Participant Registration report
From the top of an Admin page, click Data Management > Reports.
On the Report Selection page, click the + (plus sign) to the left of the TeamRaiser Reports folder.
In the list of TeamRaiser reports, click Participant Registration Report.
On the Configure Report Options page:
For Internal Name, select the appropriate event.
For Participation Type:
Leave the default selected to run the report for all participation types in the selected event
Or, click the option to run it for a specific participation type and then select the type from the drop-down list.
For Division:
Leave the default selected to run the report for all Divisions in the selected event
Or, click the option to run it for a specific Division and then select it from the drop-down list.
For Team Membership:
Leave the default All participants selected to run the report for anyone who registered in the selected event
Or, click the Only team members option to run it for participants who have formed or joined teams, which excludes individual participants who are not associated with teams
Or, click the Only team captains option to run it for a only participants who have formed teams or been assigned as a captain of a team by an event administrator or manager
For Registrations that occurred, to run this report for:
The year to date, leave the default Predefined Date Range option selected with All Dates displayed
This past month or last month, leave the default Predefined Date Range option selected and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
This quarter or last quarter, leave the default Predefined Date Range option selected and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
A specific date range, click the Custom Date Range option and select the dates.
For Donations recorded, to run this report for:
The year to date, leave the default Predefined Date Range option selected with All Dates displayed
This past month or last month, leave the default Predefined Date Range option selected and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
This quarter or last quarter, leave the default Predefined Date Range option selected and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
A specific date range, click the Custom Date Range option and select the dates.
For Participant Status Filter, click the Hide Inactive Participants checkbox to include participants who have been marked Inactive as well as the active participants.
For Include in the output, click the checkbox of the information you want to include in the report.
For Sort by, click the Team Name, then Individual's Name option to order the participants within their teams.
For Label for this report, enter a descriptive name that will help distinguish this report from other reports in the Report Results list. If you do not enter a label, the report type displays as the title in the Report Results list.
Click Submit Report.
