TeamRaiser Event Check In Report

The Event Check-In Report lists information that may be needed on the day of the main TeamRaiser event (such as the race or walk-a-thon) about each participant.

You can filter your report to show all participation types or only a specific type, or use criteria to run the report on similar TeamRaisers (that is, the TeamRaiser events from the same fiscal year or of the same type).

In addition, you can run separate reports for participants who are team captains and team members, as well as all participants. You can sort the report alphabetically by participant or organize the participants under their teams.

By default, the report shows information for only participants with an Active status. You can select to run the report without hiding participants whose status has been changed to Inactive in case they have registration fees and gifts still applied to the event.

You can select to display the constituent information you want to include. By default, the report returns columns of information that include, for each participant:

  • Emergency contact name and phone number

  • Personal ID Race Number assigned when the participant registered if automatic number generation is enabled

  • Division and Company associations if assigned

  • Team name and if they are a team captain

  • Honorary team assignment (if used)

  • Donations yet to be collected

  • Additional question responses

You can select additional columns of information to include on the report to list their:

  • Contact information like their email address and postal/residential address

  • Employer and occupation

  • Registration fees

  • Fundraising information about gifts made to support their fundraising efforts, progress towards their goal, if they are using the Participant Center tools to recruit and send emails to family and friends, how they came to the registration page (the source codes), and any upsells they purchased

  • Participation information, like if they registered online, are a primary or a secondary registrant type, participated in a previous event, and their team information (including Honorary team details if they are used in the event)
