Report Columns for TeamRaiser Registrations Report
The following tables contain the available columns you can add to the Registrations report type.
Company Information

| Ask Date of Sponsorship | Date on which this sponsor was contacted for the contribution |
| Company | Name of the donating company |
| Company Fiscal Year | Accounting period to which the funds raised will be applied |
| Company Goal | How much money company hopes to raise |
| Company Notes | Details about this company that other administrators may need to know |
| Company Thermometer Adjustment | How much was subtracted from the fundraising Thermometer status indicator for registration subsidies, matching gifts, and so on |
| Company URL | The Web address of the homepage for the site that the company uses as their public Web site |
| Company Volunteer Manager | Name of the volunteer who will work with the company |
| Internal Company Name | Alternative label, such as a short name, to identify a company to administrators |
| Is Archived Company | Setting that determines whether the company is active or is no longer on the active list |
| Is National Company | Setting that determines whether a company supports teams in all events across a type of TeamRaiser |
| Is Only Sponsor | Whether or not the company is the only sponsor |

| Participant Recruiting Goal | The number of participants the company hopes to recruit for the event Tip: When participants register using a link from a Personal Page, they are considered recruits. |
| Projected Close Date of Sponsorship | Projected date for receiving the money pledged by this sponsor |

| Sponsor Amount Committed | Total monetary amount this sponsor has agreed to contribute |
| Sponsor Amount Paid | Monetary amount that has been received from this sponsor so far |
| Sponsor Amount Pending | Monetary amount yet to be collected from this sponsor |
| Sponsor Ask Amount | Monetary amount that this sponsor has been (or will be) asked to contribute to this TeamRaiser event |
| Sponsor Contact Email | Email address where the contact person at the sponsor company will accept email |
| Sponsor Contact Name | Name of the person at the sponsor company with whom to communicate |

| Allow Personal Pages | Setting (on the Event Options page) that indicates whether participants can customize their Personal Page, as opposed to inheriting the default page or the page customized by the Team Captain |
| Allow Team Gifts | Event Options page setting to display a link on the Team pages allowing donations in support of the entire team |
| Allow Teams | Setting that permits teams to be formed in the event |
| Area | The geographical area in which an event will take place |
| City | The city in which an event will take place |
| Country | The country in which an event will take place |
| County | The county in which an event will take place |
| Include Team Companies | Setting that, if enabled on the Team Options page, determines whether a Team Captain can enter or select a local company as a sponsor when forming a team during registration |
| Indicate Unconfirmed | Event Options page setting to display unconfirmed gifts in the Gift History lists (on participant's Progress pages) |
| Location Name | Label that specifies the name of the site where the event will take place |
| Max Captains Per Team | Setting for whether a team has more than one captain, as well as the maximum number of co-captains allowed |
| National Companies Only | Setting that, if enabled on the Team Options page, determines whether a Team Captain can select a sponsoring national company when forming a team during registration |
| Progress Meter Threshold | Administrator configuration that determines the step, in percentage of goal raised or dollar amount raised, at which the progress meter display changes |
| Region | Label that specifies a geographical area in which an event will take place |
| State | Label that specifies the state in which an event will take place |
| Street Address | Label that specifies the number and name of the street on which an event will take place |
| Zip Code | Label that specifies the ZIP Code in which an event will take place |
