Running the Ticketed Event Status Report

  1. From the navigation bar, click Data Management and then click Reports from the drop-down list displayed. The system displays the Report Selection page.

  2. Click the plus (+) sign beside the Events Reports folder. The system displays the available reports.

  3. Click the Ticketed Event Status link. The system displays the Configure Report Options page.

  4. For Report Date Range:

    • Leave the Predefined Date Range radio button selected and All Dates displayed in the drop-down menu to generate the information up to the current date.

    • Or, click the Predefined Date Range drop-down menu and select one of the following:

      • This Month

      • Last Month

      • This Calendar Year

      • Last Calendar Year

      • This Quarter

      • Last Quarter

      • This Fiscal Year (as defined for your site with the FISCAL_YEAR_START_MONTH site option)

      • Last Fiscal Year (as defined for your site with the FISCAL_YEAR_START_MONTH site option)

    • Or, click the Custom Date Range radio button and use the drop-down menus to set specific dates.

  5. For Label for this report, type in a name that will help distinguish this report from other Ticketed Event Status Reports in the Report Results list.

  6. Click the Submit Report button. The system will display the Report Results page with Queued as the Status of the report.

  7. Click the Refresh button and wait until the system changes the Status to Completed. (You may need to click this more than one time.)

  1. When the Status changes to Completed, click the:

    (View) icon to display the report on your computer. Note that you can save or print the report from the displayed view.

    (Print) icon to display the report in a printer-friendly format.

    (Download) icon to download this report to your local computer or a shared network resource and save it as a comma separated value (CSV) file.

    (Delete) icon to remove the report if you no longer need it.
