Using the Fund Performance Report

Use the Fund Performance Report to show the:

  • Fund type as an Honorary fund where the contact information for the fund Honoree was collected or a Memorial fund where the fund Honoree has a designated Next of Kin contact

  • Fund name is available (or, Public) in search results for searches that it matches or hidden (or, Private) from the search results

  • Shortcut name of a fund

  • Full name and contact information (including email address) for the person who:

    • Created the fund (champion)

    • Is being honored by the fund (Honoree)

    • Is the contact for a fund Honoree that is no longer living

  • Date on which the fund was created, or established

  • Amount of money:

    • The person who created the fund paid as a setup fee plus the amount of any personal donation made to start the fund

    • Paid as online donations to the fund as well as cash and check gifts that the organization has received and marked as Confirmed payments

    • Unconfirmed but promised to or recorded as cash and check payments by the person who created the fund but has not been received by the organization

    • That the fund is expected to raise when the unconfirmed donations are added into the confirmed donations

    • That the person who created the fund targeted to raise as a goal plus the percent that the confirmed donations represent of this goal

  • Number of donors who made gifts to the fund

  • Number of contacts in the Address Book of the fund champion and if email has been sent to them from the Champion Center Email area

  • Last time the champion modified the fund page
