Viewing the Fund Performance Report
The Fund Performance report displays on the Report Viewer page with over 60 columns of information.
The Add to My Reports link is a way for you to run this report again directly from the My Reports section on your Administrator Home Page. To save the shortcut link, click the My Reports link to display a pop-up page, enter any new title or description information about this report, and then click Save to create the link. When you click the report shortcut link on your Administrator Home Page, the Report Results list page displays directly and you can view, print, or download the report using the actions in the Report Results list.

| CHAMPION TITLE | Mr, Miss, Mrs, Ms, or Dr prefix that displays before the first name of the person who created the fund |
| CHAMPION SUFFIX | Sr, Jr, III, or IV affixed behind the last name of the person who created the fund |
| ESTABLISHED DATE | Month, day, year and time timestamp that shows when the fund was created |
| CHAMPION EMAIL | Email address of the person who created the fund |
| CHAMPION ADDRESS 1 | Street address of the person who created the fund |
| CHAMPION ADDRESS 2 | Extra street information for the Street Address of the person who created the fund |
| CHAMPION CITY | City in which the person who created the fund resides |
| CHAMPION STATE | State in which the person who created the fund resides |
| CHAMPION ZIP | Five or nine-number ZIP or postal code that corresponds to the address given for the person who created the fund |
| CHAMPION COUNTRY | Country in which the person who created the fund resides |
| CHAMPION PHONE | Ten-number telephone number at which the person who created the fund can be contacted |

ONLINE if the champion created their own fund OFFLINE if an administrator created the fund for the champion |
| SETUP FEE AMT | monetary amount that the person who created the fund paid it was created it |
| SEED GIFT AMT | monetary amount of the initial donation that the person who created the fund made when it was created |
| CONFIRMED DONATIONS AMT | Total monetary amount of donations paid online plus the cash and check payments received and confirmed by the administrator for this fund |
| UNCONFIRMED DONATIONS AMT | monetary amount of cash and check payments recorded by the fund champion but not received by the organization |
| TOTAL DONATIONS AMT | Total monetary amount of CONFIRMED and UNCONFIRMED DONATIONS |
| TOTAL DONATIONS AND FEE AMT | Total monetary amount of CONFIRMED DONATIONS, UNCONFIRMED DONATIONS, and SETUP FEE |
| PENDING DONATION AMT | monetary amount of recurring gift payments remaining |
| GOAL AMT | monetary amount that the person who created the fund wants to collect |
| PERCENT OF GOAL | Percentage that the amount collected represents of the monetary amount that the person who created the fund wants to collect |
| TOTAL NUMBER OF DONORS | Number of people who made gifts to the fund |
| NUM ADDRESS BOOK ENTRIES | Number of contacts that the person who created the fund has entered in the Champion Center Address Book |
| EMAILS SENT | Number of email messages that the person who created the fund has sent from the Email area of the Champion Center |
| FUND PAGE LAST CHANGED DATE | Month, day, year, and time timestamp of when the person who created the fund saved a change on the Fund Web Page |
| HONOREE TITLE | Mr, Miss, Mrs, Ms, or Dr prefix that displays before the first name of the person in whose honor the fund has been created |
| HONOREE LAST NAME | Last name of the person in whose honor the fund has been created |
| HONOREE FIRST NAME | First name of the person in whose honor the fund has been created |
