Understanding Email Report Click-Through Numbers
A click-through occurs when a recipient clicks a link in an email message. The various click-through email reports provide different information. The following table provides a summary of the type of information you can gain from each report. The table is followed by a more detailed explanation and examples of each report.

Message Performance Report | Provides the following statistic: Click-Throughs: The number and percentage of recipients who clicked at least one link in the message that was delivered (same as the Recipient Click-Throughs discussed above, except that this report includes all deliveries of the message.) | Includes statistics for all deliveries of the message |
Click-Through Summary Report | Lists each link in a message and shows the number of recipients who clicked that link at least once (multiple clicks on the same link are not counted). | Includes statistics for all deliveries of the message |
Click-Through Details Report | Lists all the click-throughs counted in the Click-Through Summary Report. Provides one row for each link clicked by each recipient of the message (multiple clicks on the same link are not counted); recipients are identified by name. | Includes statistics for all deliveries of the message |
