Volunteer Management Reports

The Report Writer module provides the following Volunteer Management reports:

• Event Summary Report - Displays one event per row and provides status information for each event such as the number of jobs, the number of shifts, the total number of slots, and the percent full. View Sample.

• Job Summary Report - Displays one Job per row and provides status information for each Job such as the number of shifts, total number of slots, and number of registered volunteers for each. View Sample.

• Shift Summary Report - Displays one shift per row and provides status information for each shift such as the number of slots, the number of registered volunteers, and the percent full. View Sample.

• Registration Details Report - Provides one registration per row and provides a variety of information for each registered volunteer such as approval status, contact information, and whether the waiver and qualifications have been accepted. View Sample.

The Constituent Interaction Counts and Interaction Details reports also provide Volunteer Interaction information for constituents.
