Web Usage (AWSTATS) Report Results - File Types Section
The File Types section shows the type of files requested by the hits to your Web site, the percentage of the total hits the specific hit represents, the amount of bandwidth the hits to this file type required, and the percentage of the total bandwidth these hits required.

| Chart Column | Description |
|---|---|
| File type | Representative icon, file extension, and name of the file type |
| Hits | Total number of times that the system downloaded a content file of this type to display on a Web page on your site |
| Percent | Percentage of the total hits that this set of hits represents |
| Bandwidth | Total number of bytes that the system downloaded for this file type. For example, if your Web page bandwidth is 10KB and it was downloaded 100 times, the bandwidth total recorded is 1000KB. |
| Percent | Percentage of the total bandwidth represented by the bandwidth required for downloading this file type |
