Customize the Opt-Out Confirmation Page

From the Standard Page Center, you can customize the PageWrapper and page footer for the Opt-Out Confirmation page where your constituents select their email preferences.

The text on the page picks up the context of the opt out (for example, the interest, site name, center name, etc.) and can be customized to some extent in the Message Catalog.

Customize the Opt-Out Confirmation page

  1. (Optional) To make this page responsive, go to Setup > Site Options, and set CONS_OPT_OUT_USE_RESPONSIVE_LAYOUT to TRUE.

  2. Go to Setup > Standard Page Center to see a list of Standard Pages for your site.

  3. For the Opt-Out Confirmation page, select Customize.

  4. On the Customize Page Footer page:

    • Select a Page Wrapper to use when displaying this page to the constituent.

    • Use the WYSIWYG HTML editor to enter any content that you want to display at the bottom of the Registration page. You can include text, an image, or any other content that is available through the HTML editor.

  5. Select Finish to save and return to the list of Standard Pages for your site.

Note: Constituents who wish to opt back into email after opting-out should submit the Unblock Me form at unblockme.blackbaud.com.
