To archive a coaching email message delivery

  1. To display the Delivery List page:

    1. From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

    2. On the TeamRaisers list page, click Manage from the Actions column of the appropriate TeamRaiser event.

    3. From the Find Participant page, click the Coaching Email tab.

    4. On the Message List page, click the Delivery List tab.

  2. On the Delivery List page, click Archive.

If the Show Archived checkbox contains a checkmark, the archived delivery will still display, but have only the Restore action available. Clicking the checkbox to remove the checkmark will make it disappear from view.
