To restore an archived coaching email message delivery
To display the Delivery list page:
From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaisers list page, click Manage from the Actions column of the appropriate TeamRaiser event.
From the Find Participant page, click the Coaching Email tab.
On the Message List page, click the Delivery List tab.
On the Delivery List page:
Scroll to the bottom and, click the Show Archived checkbox.
Locate the delivery and click Restore from its Action column.
To work with the delivery to:
Check on the delivery statistics, click Review from its Actions column.
Send it again to pick up any new members of the target audience who have not received it, click Resend and refer to the help about sending a message again.
Finishing configuring the audience and filters, click Begin Delivery and refer to the appropriate online help about selecting the target audience.
