To set the default envelope and message type for the messages associated with this Coaching Email Express template

  1. To access the Edit Message Defaults page:

    1. From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

    2. On the TeamRaisers list page, click the Coaching Email Templates tab. (Depending on the site configuration, you may need to scroll to the right to locate the tab.)

    3. In the Coaching Email Templates list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate template.

    4. From the options along the left of the Identify Template page, click Edit Message Defaults.

  2. For Default Message Subject, enter the phrase to display in the Subject area in the email inboxes of recipients of any messages created from this template.

  3. For Lock Default Subject, click the checkbox to keep coaching email authors from changing the subject line entered on this page.

  4. For Default Message Sender Name, enter the name of the sender to display to recipients of any messages created from this template.

  5. For Lock Default Sender Name, click the checkbox to keep coaching email authors from changing the sender name entered on this page.

  6. For Default Message Sender Address, enter the email address to which replies from messages created from this template will be sent.

  7. For Lock Default Sender Address, click the checkbox to keep coaching email authors from changing the reply address entered on this page.

  8. For Default Email Type, click the type of message that any messages created from this template will be grouped together with.

  9. For Lock Default Email Type, click the checkbox to keep coaching email authors from changing the email type selected on this page.

  10. When you are finished, click Next.
