To preview and test this Coaching Email Express template

1. To access the Preview Template page:

   1. From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

   2. On the TeamRaisers list page, click the Coaching Email Templates tab. (Depending on the site configuration, you may need to scroll to the right to locate the tab.)

   3. In the Coaching Email Templates list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate template.

   4. From the options along the left of the Identify Template page, click Preview Template.

2. To verify that a message created with this template displays correctly in your web browser:

   1. Click Preview Template.

   2. After examining the content in the page displayed, close it.

   3. To make changes, return to the task (using the options along the left) and make your modifications.

   4. After clicking Next or Save to save your changes, repeat the steps above.

3. To verify that a message created with this template can be received and displayed correctly in various email services (such as Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo!Mail):

   1. Enter your test account email addresses here - separating them with commas or line breaks.

   2. Click Send Test.

   3. Log into your test accounts to view the emails.

   4. To make any modifications, return to the task (using the options along the left) and make them.

   5. After clicking Next or Save to save your changes, repeat the steps above.

4. When you are finished, click Next.
