To create a thumbnail image for this Coaching Email Express template

1. To access the Thumbnail page:

   1. From the top of an Admin page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

   2. On the TeamRaisers list page, click the Coaching Email Templates tab. (Depending on the site configuration, you may need to scroll to the right to locate the tab.)

   3. In the Coaching Email Templates list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate template.

   4. From the options along the left of the Identify Template page, click Upload Thumbnail.

2. To:

   • Use an existing image from the Image Library:

     1. Click Search the Image Library.

     2. On the Image Library pop-up, search for the image and then click Select from its Actions column.

     3. Click Next.

   • Upload a new image from your computer or shared network resource:

     1. Click Browse to locate and Open an image file.

     2. Click Upload Image.

     3. Click Next.
