Define Advanced Event Options

From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising >TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaisers list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate event.
From the options along the left, click the Select Event Options task.
From the Related Actions on the Select Options page, click Edit Advanced Options.
From the options along the left on the Advanced Fundraising Options page, click Define Advanced Event Options.

Note: Some event options described here display only when the corresponding Site Option is enabled.
Next Step Section Displays on All Pages in the Participant Center - Select the checkbox to display the Next Step box at the top of every Participant Center page.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, the section displays only on the Home page of the Participant Center.
Participant Personal Page Modified Notification - Enter the email address of the administrator that you want to notify each time a participant updates their Personal Page.
Note: When this field is blank, no one is notified.
Participant Personal Page Availability After Registration - Select the checkbox to require an administrator to approve each Personal Page before it is made available.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, no one is required to approve Personal Pages.
Participant Personal Page Objectionable Content Notification - Enter the email address that site visitors can click to report content they find distasteful or for requests to remove content.
Note: Do not leave this blank, otherwise the objectionable content link on Personal Pages does not display.
New Team Notification - Enter email addresses in a comma-separated list to which notification should be sent when a new team is formed.
Note: When the field is blank, no notifications are sent.
Participant Access to Email Statistics - Select this option to allow participants to view performance information such as the number of email opens and clickthroughs sent from their Participant Center.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, these statistics do not display.
Sender Email Address - Enter the email address to display in the From field email messages.
Note: To avoid deliverability issues, do not enter an @yahoo.com, @aol.com, or @gmail.com email address. For more details, refer to the Yahoo DMARC policy.
Participant Personal Page Blogs - Select this option to allow participants to include blogs on their Personal Pages.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, blogs are not available.
Participant Personal Page Modification Approval Click this checkbox to require an administrator to approve a modified Personal Page before the update displays.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, no one is required to approve the Personal Pages.
Participant Team Self-Management - Select this option to display the Change Team Membership link in their Participant Center. This allows Participants to change teams, register as an individual participant after being on a team, and join a team after registering as an individual Participant.
Note: Team captains cannot leave a team; only participants can the team.
Donor Addresses Displayed in Address Book - Select this checkbox to display the billing address of a donor in the Contact List of a participant to whom the donor has made a donation.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, the address is not listed.
Participant Personal Page Layouts - Select this checkbox to allow participants to change the default layout of their Personal Page (if you provide more than one layout).
Note: When this checkbox is blank, participants must use the default Personal Page.
Participant Personal Page stylesheets - Leave the checkbox selected to allow participants to change the stylesheet that controls colors and fonts on their Personal Page.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, participants must use the default Personal Page styles.
Participant Personal Page Status Indicators - Select this checkbox to allow participants to select which status indicators to display on their Personal Page.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, participants cannot change or move the status indicators.
Registration Question Responses Required - Select this checkbox to require an administrator who is registering a participant to respond to all required Additional Questions.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, administrators can leave the questions blank when registering a participant.
Registration User Name/Password Assignment - Select this checkbox to add the user name and password fields on the registration form so that a user name and password must be entered for the participant by the administrator.
Participant Search Parameters - Select this option to search this TeamRaiser only unless you want to allow search on All TeamRaiser events on your site or only TeamRaisers of the same type as the current one, including the current one.
Required Registration Fields - Select each field from the drop-down list by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard as you select each one.
Note: When none are selected, no fields are required.
Donor Honor Roll Sort By Name - Select this checkbox to change the order of the names displayed in the scrolling lists from amount (the default) to alphabetical by name.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, donors display by fundraising amount.
Registration Question Response Editing - Select this checkbox to display a button on the Participant Center that allows a participant to view and edit the answers they gave to survey questions their on registration form.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, participants cannot edit their responses.
Reassign Race Numbers- Select this checkbox to assign a new race number to a participant who changes their Participation Type to another type instead of keeping the original number assigned.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, a participant who changes their participation type retains the original number.
News Feeds Displayed in Participant Centers - Select this checkbox to enable Event Administrators and Managers to create special messages for display on the Home page of eligible participants.
Note: When the checkbox is blank, the News Feed feature is not enabled for this event.
Permanent Customized Event Greeting Page Redirect URL - Select this checkbox to make the URL permanent for better search engine listings instead of the default temporary URL (which many search engines do not include in web searches).
Note: When the checkbox is blank, the redirected URL for this event is temporary.
Event Management Interface for Coaching Emails - Select the default Email Express option to use the streamlined email process to allow Event Administrators to create coaching email templates that Event Managers can send from the Event Management Center. Or, click the default Coaching Email option to continue using the default way.
Classification Company Select List - Select this option to display Local, Regional, and National Companies in their respective group. When this setting is enabled, Local Companies display with their child companies beneath them in alphabetical order and indented to reflect hierarchy. National and Regional Companies display alphabetically by default.
Note: When this option is unchecked, all companies display alphabetically with no grouping by type or hierarchy.
Click Save.
