To define override options for the event Participant Center
To access the Advanced Miscellaneous Options page:
From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising >TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaisers list page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate event.
From the options along the left on the Identify TeamRaiser page, click the Select Event Options task.
From the Related Actions on the Event Options page, click Edit Advanced Options.
From the options along the left on the Advanced Options page, click Configure Participant Center Override Options.
On the Configure Participant Center Override Options page:
Note: Some event options shown here may not display if the corresponding site option is not enabled.
Verify that the Participant Center name displayed is correct.
For Override Settings, click the checkbox to display the configuration settings.
For Home Page, to specify a different page to display to participants when they select to access their Participant Center instead of the default Home page, click Select and then click Insert from the Actions column of the appropriate page. This setting will apply to only a Participant Center not embedded in a Page Wrapper.
For Next Page to Display After Logout, to display a specific page when participants click the Log Out link on any page in their Participant Center, click Select and then click Insert from the Actions column of the appropriate page.
For Progress Meter, to swap out the Simple Progress Bar that displays on the default home page, participant fundraising progress page, and team fundraising progress page (which shows the amount of money raised against their defined goal), click the More button and then click the appropriate option from the Progress Meters pop-up,
The selected progress meter now displays in drop-down list. You can repeat the step above to add more progress meters to the list if you want to preview several selections before selecting the appropriate meter. The Clear button removes your selections from the drop-down list if the list becomes to large. If you use the Clear button you must refresh your page to add the Default option back into the drop-down list.
For Suggestion Box - Display Update Personal Page Suggestion, enter the number of days to wait until displaying this suggestion again after the participant has updated their page.
For Suggestion Box - Display Send Email Suggestion, enter the number of days to wait until displaying this suggestion again after the participant has sent email messages to contacts.
For Suggestion Box - Display Update Goal Suggestion, enter the percentage of their goal that a participant must reach before displaying this suggestion.
For Suggestion Box - Display Add Contacts to Address Book Suggestion, enter the number of contacts that must be in their Address Book enter before discontinuing to display this suggestion to a participant.
For Personal Page Layout 2-Photo Option, click this checkbox to use the layout that allows participants to upload two photos for display on their personal fundraising page.
If your site is configured for Social Sharing, to customize the social media preformatted post component that participants can use to post a comment and link back to their Personal Page on their social network page, for:
These fields will only display if your site is configured for Social Sharing. Refer to the help topic about inserting a social sharing opportunity on a site web page.
Social Sharing Post Link-Back Link Title, enter the new text to replace the default Support Me label on the link back to the Personal Page of the participant. You can template this link title to include appropriate session tags (or, S tags), such as to personalize the link text with the First Name of the participant.
Social Sharing Post Description, enter the new text to replace the default View my page description statement that displays on a Facebook or Yahoo! post. Note: You can template this link title to include appropriate S tags to personalize or customize the statement.
Social Sharing Post Action Link Text, enter the new text to replace the default Donate label on the action link that displays on a Facebook or LinkedIn post. You can template this link title to include appropriate S tags to personalize or customize this text.
Social Sharing Component Type for Reports, enter the label to use to group the posts together for reporting purposes. For example, you can create a Component Type that matches the name of one of your TeamRaiser events to view information about the posts made from that specific event only
Click Finish.
