
From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaiser List page, click Edit from the Action column of the appropriate event.
Click the Manage Milestones task
On the Participant Milestones page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate milestone.
Click the Configure Admin Notification of Participants Reaching this Milestone task.
Configure a participant milestone achieved notification for a TeamRaiser event
For HTML Content for Notification, use the content editor to enter text or insert pictures to include in your notification.
For Delivery Interval, select:
the default, Daily, to email recipients daily.
Weekly and choose a specific day of the week to send the notifications.
Monthly and choose a specific date to send the notifications.
For Recipients of Participant Milestone Achieved Notification as Designated by Administrators, enter the email address of each person who should receive this notification in the text field and click Add.
Note: The Recipients of Participant Milestone Achieved Notification as Designated by Event Managers is provided for event administrators to keep track of the event manager entries as the events are created.
Click Next.
