
From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaiser List page, click Edit from the Action column of the appropriate event.
Click the Manage Milestones task
On the Participant Milestones page, click Edit from the Actions column of the appropriate milestone.
Click the Add Milestone Detail to Autoresponder HTML task.
To configure the milestone achieved autoresponder
For Autoresponder for this Participant Milestone, keep the selection to send the autoresponder when a participant reaches the milestone. When unselected, the autoresponder is not automatically sent to participants when they reach the required amount for a milestone.
For the subject line, keep the text or edit what will display in the subject line when participants receive the email.
For HTML content, keep the text or edit what will display in the content of the autoresponder.
Click Next.

On this page, you can review your text and adjust any formatting for recipients who do not have HTML enabled in their email. For example, you might want to reduce space around titles or add a sentence before introducing a link for recipients.
Click Update Plain Text to display your most current changes.
After making your edits, click Next.
