• Edit the advanced fundraising options

    1. For Offline Gift Recording by Participants, keep the selection to record offline gifts on the My Progress page.

    2. For Fundraising Totals Includes Unconfirmed Gifts, keep the selection to include offline unconfirmed gifts in the fundraising statistics and status indicators for participants, teams, and the event.

    3. For Offline Payment Types that Participants Can Enter, select each type of payment that participants can enter when they receive a direct gift. If a payment type is not selected, participants can enter any type from the list.

    4. For Offline Gift Payment Credit Card Processing, keep the selection to allow participants to input a donor's credit card information for offline gifts they received. When unselected, participants cannot enter credit card payments.

    5. For Offline Gift Payment Recording by Administrators, keep the selection to allow administrators to enter credit card information for offline registrations and gifts.

    6. For Offline Gift Payment Notifications to Participants, select Yes to disable the Someone Made a Donation on Your Behalf autoresponder email to participants when offline gift batches are recorded. When unselected, a participant may receive numerous emails at one time.

    7. For Recurring Gifts, select Yes to display the full value of any recurring gifts in the fundraising statistics and status indicators when a gift is made. When unselected, the value of each payment for a recurring gift is added into the information at the time it is processed.

    8. For Status Indicators Include the Monetary Value of Registration, keep the selection to include the registration fees in the status indicators. When unselected, registration fees do not display in the status indicators.

    9. For Top Gifts Status Indicator Displays Amounts, keep the selection to display the gift amounts along with the donor names in the Top Gift status indicators. When unselected, only the donor names display in the Top Gift status indicators.

    10. For Top Participants Status Indicator Displays Amounts, keep the selection to display the gift amount along with the donor names in the Top Participant status indicators. When unselected, only the donor names display in the Top Participant status indicators.

    11. For Top Teams Status Indicator Displays Amounts, keep the selection to display the monetary amounts of the gifts along with the donor names in the Top Teams status indicators. When unselected, only the donor names display in the Top Teams status indicators.

    12. For Status Indicator Count Description, keep "donations" listed, or enter the term your organization uses, to use as the label in the status indicators when the number of donations is displayed instead of the amount of funds collected.

    13. For Donation Levels, select Yes to display donation levels along with the entry field in the Additional Gift area on registration forms.
      When unselected, only the Additional Gift entry field displays.

    14. For Fundraising Milestones keep the selection to allow specific fundraising goal milestones to be set for participants. When unselected, fundraising milestones are not set.

    15. For Maximum Number of Milestones, keep the default number unless you contact Client Care to assist in changing the number. When unselected, the fundraising milestones feature is not enabled.

    16. For Registration Anonymous Checkbox, select Yes to display the Anonymous checkbox on registration pages so a participant can hide their name on the status indicators for participant, team, and event pages when making an additional gift with their registration. When unselected, the participant name displays along with the gift amount.

    17. For Registration Public View Checkbox, select Yes to display the Hide My Gift checkbox on registration pages so a participant can hide their gift from appearing on status indicators for participant, team, and event pages when making an additional gift with their registration. When unselected, the gift amount and participant name display.

    18. For Team Roster Includes Amount, keep the selection to display the amount of funds raised by each teammate on the Team page. When unselected, the fundraising amounts do not display.

    19. For Offline Team Gifts in the Participant Center, select :

      • the default, NONE, if participants cannot enter offline gifts they receive for the entire team.

      • MEMBERS if participants can enter an offline team gifts.

      • CAPTAINS if only team captains can enter offline team gifts.

    1. For Gift Categories, select yes to display the gift category list on offline gift forms that Event Administrators, Event Managers, and participants use to record offline gifts. When unselected, gift categories do not display.

    2. For PDF Receipts for Self-Donations, (which requires enabling the PDF Receipting feature) select Yes to avoid automatically issuing a PDF receipt to participants who make a gift to their own fundraising efforts when the gift is processed. When unselected, a PDF receipt is automatically generated for the gift.

    3. For Donations 2 Registration Transaction Processing, keep the selection to enable additional payment options, like PayPal and bank account withdrawals, and responsive layouts for TeamRaiser registration payments.

    4. Click the lock to prevent a setting from being changed in a child event or lower level Blueprint created from this Blueprint.

    5. Click Save.
