Additional Questions on Registration Forms

Add extra questions to registration forms to gather additional information about your participants.

These can be:

• Event Questions that display to everyone who is registering for the event. This is a Related Action available during the Select Event Options task.

• Team Captain Questions that display only to participants who are forming a team for the event. This is a Related Action available during the Select Team Options task.

• Participation Type Questions that display only to only participants who are registering for a certain participation type. This is a step within the configuration or editing of a specific participation type from the Manage Participation Types task.

Questions created in one section may be available in the other sections, but aren’t automatically included on the registration page for that section by default. For example, a question created as an Event Question displays in the Team Captains Question list, but you must click the Include checkbox for this type of question for it to display with the other questions.

Format different types of questions (like True/False or Multiple Choice) to gather the responses in the best format.
