eCommerce Shopping Cart Store and Products

You can offer products for purchase within a TeamRaiser event and allow the purchasers to designate that the purchase amount be soft credited to the fundraising totals of a specific participant or team instead of just going into event totals.

Before configuring the eCommerce options in your TeamRaiser event, you must use the eCommerce application to create an eCommerce store and the products in the store that will be associated with the event. You must have the store and product IDs available when you associate these items with the event.

If your product offering is an audio or video file for download, you must decide where it will reside. On our servers, digital products are limited to 10MB in size. If you use Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), you can offer larger files up to 5GB.
