To configure a question with a multiple choice combo box
On the Add Questions page, click Add a Question.
From the Question Type drop-down list, click Multiple Choice Combo Box and then click Next.
On the Edit Question page:
In the Question Text area, enter the question or statement to which you want the person to respond.
In the Possible Responses area, enter an answer selection and press the Enter key on the keyboard. Repeat this process for each answer selection. Although the number of lines is not limited, you can enter up to 255 characters (including spaces) total in this area.
For Answer Required, click the checkbox to force registrants to answer this question in order to submit their registration.
For Question Visibility, click the checkbox to add this question to the participant registration records but allow only event managers and administrators with the appropriate permissions to record and view the response.
For Security Category, to hide this question from everyone and restrict it to a specific type of user or groups of users, click the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
For Contact Record Field Update, to record the response from this participant into their constituent record maintained in Constituent360 (outside of the TeamRaiser registration record):
Click the checkbox.
For Field Type, click the appropriate option to narrow the list of fields to the appropriate type within the registration information.
For Field, click the appropriate field in which to record the response.
To be sure the question/response configuration displays correctly,click Preview.
In the browser window that opens in the upper left corner, review the configuration.
Close the window and make any necessary changes.
Click Preview again and repeat the previous two steps until you are satisfied.
Click Finish.
To determine where this question displays within the question section on the page, use the Order field.
